Returns

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., toilet brushes, used brush sets)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If the item was purchased with a discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
